木瓜是卖场和水果摊常见的水果，

除了消暑养颜，

又有丰胸功效，

十分受欢迎。

但似乎很少人知道，

木瓜种子也能种成美丽的盆栽。

如果你跟我一样爱吃木瓜，

下次记得别把种子丢掉喔！

首先买几个熟透的木瓜，

从中间切开将种子取出，

将种子洗干净后，

将种子外面那层果囊去掉，

再将去皮的种子泡在水里4到6天，

每天记得换水去杂质，

此时的种子就能够用来种植了。

种植的盆栽选用无孔的，

并在里面放大约9分满的无菌盆栽土，

洒上一些水，

稍微让土壤表面潮湿。

接着将种子均匀铺在土壤上面，

不要让种子重叠，

再洒上小麦饭石或其他小碎石，

铺上薄薄一层就可以了，

每天喷水一次，

让盆栽完全湿润。

经过大约10天的时间，

种子就会开始发芽冒出土壤。

约两个礼拜时，

大部分根茎都已经长到4到5公分高，

绿叶也开始延展开来。

此时叶子会开始脱壳，

经过一两天便会完全脱去外壳，

长到大约6公分高。

第3周长出新叶，就算成是大功告成了。

种植木瓜盆栽最重要的是保湿，每天都要洒水。

吃完木瓜后把种子留下来，

亲手种出盆栽，

看着种子从土壤冒出新芽，

会给人一种生命力蓬勃的疗愈感，

不管放室内或室外，

绿意盎然的景象都很赏心悦目。

不妨试着从自己爱吃的水果下手，多多尝试，也许会有意想不到的收获！
